Rene Marie Russo was an American actress, director, and supermodel. In addition to her graceful beauty, her continued success in the competitive film industry can be attributed to her talents as an actor. Young model she first began modeling in the 70s. Her popularity quickly grew in the field of modeling. In the early 1980s, she took acting classes and studied theater before appearing on stage in Los Angeles. Russo first appeared on TV on ABCs Sable with the character Eden Kendell, in 1987. Then, two years ago she played Tom Berengers lover in Major League. Rose Namajunas was one of UFC's most popular female athletes. She started her professional career as an amateur athlete taking part in numerous regional promotions before signing with Invicta Fighting Championships. And later she joined Ultimate Fighting Championships. Her accomplishments both in and out in the Octagon has turned her into an international brand after she became a member of the UFC. Namajunas, a Lithuanian-immigrant, was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on the 29th of June, 1992. Rose participated in basketball and kickboxing throughout her growing into a young woman. Invicta Fighting Championships is her debut professional bout. She was just 18 and had already won two bouts via submission. Dana White took notice of her performance and had her admitted to the UFC's strawweight class at the end of December 2014, when she was barely 22. Throughout Rose's professional career, she's gone through periods of both extremes and lows, but every times she has come out ahead. Rose fought Carla Esparza to win the Women s Strawweight Championship in The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale. Rose won with a technical knockout that lasted less than three minutes in the round One. Rose was also awarded Fighter Of The Night and was a pioneer in the sport as it marked the first time women was ever a participant at a championship level with a major promoter worldwide. Namajunas was able to record many more victories, including two victories over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Performance of the Night from UFC.
